Our client is a multinational legal practice with several offices in APAC. They are now looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team in the Hong Kong office. This position will be responsible overseeing both Beijing and Hong Kong office with their business development skills also liaising with their counterparts globally.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to global pitches or proposals where needed
• Managing with detail pitch conten libarary and Business Development materials 
• Translate Business Development documents, pitches/proposals needed
• Communicate and collaborate with counterparts world wide
• Develop and coordinate pitches, RFP responses and presentations
• Perform ad-hoc duties and also but no limited to ROI on expences, invoice tracking etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or  preferred with 5 years relevant experience in a law firm/ professional service is required
• Attention to detail in proofreading and translation in both Chinese (Mandarin included) and English languages
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A self-motivated team player who is well-organized and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adept in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel)
