Responsibilities

• Assist in handling KYC reviews, accounts on-boarding and other AML procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in undertaking investigations into any suspicious transactions. 
• Assist in routine liaison with local regulators.
• Monitor regulatory developments and changes in laws and regulations related to financial services, data protection, and anti-money laundering and ensure that the company is compliant with all requirements;
• Investigate and respond to compliance-related issues.
• Maintain and follow up on staff’s CPT attendance record and assist in providing internal compliance training. 
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
  
  
  Requirements
• Degree holder in Law, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' working experience in compliance of securities and futures brokerage firms preferred.Fresh University graduates with no previous relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, independent and meticulous.
• Good interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written         English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good command of Office software and other related computer skills.
