Responsibilities:

  • Define and agree on business plans with superior, align business plans and support strategies with customers
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting to meet sales objectives and customers promotional requirements
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Key Account Chains at all levels
  • Maximize instore brand visibility, distribution, merchandising and planogram enhancement 
  • Conduct sales analysis, business review and customer presentation that supports trade promotion or consumer promotion effectiveness in order to ensure the attainment of sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years FMCG Key Account / Department Store / General Trade sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with analytical mind
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with positive mindset
  • Result Oriented & self-motivating
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Manager
