Responsibilities

• Implement DevOps principles and practices to enhance the efficiency of development and operations
• Apply security best practices across cloud and on-premise environments to protect systems and data
• Utilize monitoring, logging, and incident response mechanisms to maintain system reliability and security
• Participate in the development and maintenance of application projects
• Write scripts to automate processes and boost operational efficiency
• Work closely with Technical Lead and Project Manager

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, CloudFront), Azure (VMs, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Services), and Alicloud (ECS, OSS, RDS)
• Experienced in infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Terraform, and Alicloud Resource Manager
• Strong understanding of managing on-premise infrastructure and virtualization technologies, as well as familiarity with HKGCIS compliance and government cloud environments
• Experienced in IaaS (provisioning and managing virtual machines, networks, and storage), PaaS (deploying applications on platforms like AWS Elastic Beanstalk and Azure App Service), and CI/CD (proficient with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps, along with version control systems like Git and knowledge of automated testing frameworks)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities on infrastructure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with external and internal IT parties
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or related roles

Certifications (Preferred):

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional
