Job Responsibilities:

•Responsible for activities including but not limited to Securities/Futures/Bond settlement, Corporate Action for Equities (Global Markets) and OTC Bonds market, Client funding Operation, IPO (FINI Platform), US market Placement and SBL etc;

•Clients’ money segregation.

•Client Trade, Exchange, Brokers’ trade matching, Daily and Monthly position reconciliation.

•Settlement and Middle office system implementation.Participate in UAT testing.

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

•Bachelor degree or above in finance/accounting or related majors

•Minimum 3-5 years related experience in Operations, Settlement on Licensing Type 1 and 2 activities.

•Familiar with relevant Compliance Rules, AML policy, Client Money Rules and Regulations, OTC products, CCASS, CCMS and DCASS operations.

•Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

•Great communications skill and interpersonal skill.

•Strong leadership and organization skills.

•Fluency in written English and Chinese, Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

•Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

•Shift duty / Holiday shift is required.

•Willing to work overtime when required.

•Ability to work under pressure.
