Our client is a leading real estate group and  currently looking for an Accountant / Senior Accountant  who will be responsible for developing and operating real estate projects , and managing multi asset financial investment portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of annual/interim financial reports
• Prepare budgets, schedules, management reports, financial analysis
• Liaise with external professionals to carry out annual/interim audits
• Coordinate with external parties
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Professional membership with HKICPA/ACCA qualification 
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in financial services , property sectors would be advantage 
• Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Accountant.
