Customer Service / Customer Relations Officer (Co-working Space)

Responsibilities
With experience in co-working space or office building or property or hotel industry, provide a high-end guest experience ;
To handle daily operational issues in the center, such as internal monthly reports, rental payments, inventory orders, office setup, etc.
Recognize and master how to show our workspace and services to members to build up a friendly client relationship with members.
To provide support & planning in regular social Community Events for members.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related aspects is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Around one year working experience in customer service, such as front desk, receptionist, concierge, VIP/executive lounge service and/or service center / coffee barista background is a plus bonus
Open minded, willing to learn, great team player and with “Can-Do attitude”
Ability to handle routine customer complaints with a certain level of stress tolerance
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of MS Office software and OA software
