Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Handling full set import & export shipping documents as well as Tradelink declaration and applying for Import license & permit
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments 
• Follow up sales orders, handle online customer enquiries and arrange delivery schedules and logistics operations.
• Manage routine stock take to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping & logistics operation 
• Proficient in ERP system operations; candidate familiar with the system is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
