About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies, optimizing operations, and driving business growth in both markets. With a strong presence in prime locations, this brand is recognized as a market leader in the industry. Relocation opportunities to Taiwan may be available for the right candidate.

About You
-Degree holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
-10+ years of retail management experience, ideally within the F&B industry.
-Strong leadership skills with a track record in multi-store operations.
-Experience in presenting retail insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
