Job Title: IT Support Officer
Job Summary :
The IT Support Officer will provide comprehensive technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT Systems and infrastructure across both the Kwun Tong and Central Offices. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, delivering timely solutions to end-users, and maintaining IT equipment to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT service support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Deliver timely hardware and software support for laptops, desktops, smart devices, and other related products.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant service support experience in the IT industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook.
- Experienced in supporting Apple iOS and Android devices.
- Knowledge of network and server operations.
- Strong technical skills in hardware support for laptops, desktops, smart devices, etc.
4. Essential Skills:
- Customer-focused with a proactive and approachable service-oriented manner.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Note: Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of IT Technician.
