Job Description

1. Assist in sourcing and evaluating overseas suppliers
2. Assist in placing and monitoring the process of purchasing orders with overseas suppliers
3. Coordinate with internal and external parties on shipment process and applications of required documents
4. Constantly manage stock levels to ensure orders are placed timely
5. Participate in ERP enhancement project and coordinate the implementation process within the team
6. Regularly prepare reports with recommendations, including but not limited to cost analysis, product receiving status, stock status  

Job Requirement

1. At least F.5 graduates 
2. Experience in shipping and purchasing is required, working in the food service industry will be an advantage 
3. Good command in English and Chinese
4. Well organized, detailed-minded and independent
5. Good Interpersonal skill, with team spirit
6. Proficiency in Excel worksheets, experience in ERP system operation is a MUST
7. Working location at Kwai Chung
