Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for wholesale clients, primarily in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC.
Analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively.
Collaborate with management to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and meet established targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional wholesalers, including private banks, wealth management firms, securities firms, retail banks, and other online and offline distribution platforms.
Lead and manage projects independently while driving accountability for sales performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant intermediary sales / wholesale distribution experience in the asset management industry
Established network and relationships with key wholesalers/intermediaries in the industry.
Proven ability to work autonomously on projects and initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in Mandarin and English.
