Responsibilities:

• To capture client opportunities across intermediaries, financial institutions and family offices, and execute client and business development plans across business segments.
• Develop strong relationships with prospect investors; regularly engage prospect investors on firm’s products and business initiatives.
• Assist throughout the sales process from early-stage engagements, addressing prospect requests for information (RFI & RFP), investor due diligence, onboarding and liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Assist on the planning and execution of roadshows, client events and other fundraising activities.
• Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc business projects, as required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency is a must).
• At least 5-8 years of experience in business development role in the asset management, wealth management, or financial services industry.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Independent with strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Points and Word.
