The applicant must possess:

1. a recognised degree;
2. a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification working experience in construction industry, public organisations and /or marketing preferred;
3. a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility;
4. good communication and interpersonal skills and be a pleasant team player;
5. proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Chinese Word Processing is a must; and
6. excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

Duties include:

1. to hold events and publicity activities under Registration Services;
2. to manage vendors and liaise with different colleagues in the CIC in relation to the organisation of events;
3. to vet applications of the registration schemes according to the laws, regulations and procedures;
4. to answer enquiries and offer timely assistance to enquirers; and
5. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
