We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Human Resources team. This role provides HR operational support in the Regional HR Department with key focus on HR systems implementation, operations and maintenance, internal communications for HR topics and Strategic HR projects.
Human Resources Officer
COLLABORATE: your responsibilities
- Provide a full range of HR support, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, HRIS management, HR administration and internal communications
- Facilitate and process hiring, pre-boarding, on-boarding & induction and off-boarding
- Responsible for HR systems (BIPO and SAP SuccessFactors) operations and maintenance to ensure quality of data and continuous enhancement of the Systems
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee records in HR Systems and employee’s personnel file to ensure employee data integrity
- Assist in final payment calculation and documentation and monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments in compliance with EO
- Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management, staff medical and life insurance
- Compile various reports such as monthly headcount report, staff turnover report, overtime monitoring report etc. and analysis
- Participate in the HR annual activities such as benefits benchmarking, budget, audit, tax return, group medical & life insurance renewal and performance appraisal
- Answer employee enquiries in relation to HR policies and procedures to ensure transparent and efficient internal communication channels
- Provide supports to the team on HR initiatives, ad-hoc HR activities and Strategic HR projects as required
CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent
- 6 - 8 years’ experience in HR operations/Generalist from sizable multinational companies; having Strategic HR project experience such as Talent Management is a plus.
- Practical experience in implementation and support of HRIS; familiar with SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO would be an advantage
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances/ regulations and common HR practices
- Strong excel and analytical skills
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical sense and high accuracy, detail-minded and well-organised.
- Energetic, flexible, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Mature, able to work under pressure & independently.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadline
- Strong sense of responsibility and high level of integrity
- Excellence command of read, written and spoken English and other languages, especially Mandarin, is definitely a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint
