Our client, European Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Store Manager / Store In Charge, to support their growing business. 


Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach, and manage store team performance to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, housekeeping, and visual merchandising standards.
• Drive customer loyalty through CRM, VIP events, and strategies to grow the client database and retention.
• Foster team engagement and ensure effective communication to maintain brand knowledge and excellence.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership to align with brand objectives.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets and elevate the luxury shopping experience.

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of luxury retail experience in management or supervisory roles 
• Previous experience leading a team to drive business targets and outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
• Proactive and influential personality 
• Strong relationship and leadership skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
