IT Technician / IT Technician Assistant

- Provide day-to-day IT support to site and office staff via phone, email, on-site, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, IT facilities, email, office applications, and printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist in organizing and managing IT-related activities and events.
- Help with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the IT office.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with Linux is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience and knowledge in AI applications or development, as well as construction operation is preferred.
- Experience in administering users and computers via Active Directory.
- A good team player who is self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Technician Assistant
