• Assist the Infrastructure Governance Manager in delivering top-tier infrastructure governance services to Hong Kong and Macau BUs.
• Define, develop, and manage key infrastructure processes, including system onboarding/offboarding, inventory tracking, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance by collaborating with IT teams and external providers, managing audits, and addressing risk-related queries.
• Oversee digital assets (e.g., SSL certificates, PGP keys) in line with established procedures.
• Monitor security metrics, ensuring compliance with patching, baseline configurations, and vulnerability remediation.
• Act as a bridge between business users, app development teams, and service providers to communicate infrastructure needs.
• Plan IT infrastructure changes with service providers and assess technical implementation details.
• Participate in incident and problem management, providing technical insights and driving root cause analysis.
  
  

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of IT infrastructure support experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Hands-on experience deploying IT infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage) is a plus.
• Proven vendor management, service review, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for technical writing, structured processes, and governance.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
