We are seeking a talented individual to join our local FINPRO Broking team in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Client Responsibilities
We will count on you:
- Drive Marsh's institutional relationships with clients through collaboration across practices, geographies, and MMC companies.
- Focus primarily on the Risks Management and Corporate Segment within FINPRO and coordinate with other practices to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Take responsibility for serving FINPRO clients, including Risks Management and Corporate clients.
- Build, maintain, and expand effective and sustainable relationships with clients on an enterprise-wide basis.
- Champion the development of custom solutions to address client and prospect needs.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets client's request while adhering to their required deadlines.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses by analyzing client research and industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies, and creating risk maps.
Financial Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the financial performance of the assigned portfolio and targets for new, expanded, and renewal business.
- Develop a business plan for the portfolio of clients and prospects to meet specific retention and sales goals.
- Oversee revenue, profitability, and timely billing and collection (working capital) for each assigned client.

- Lead personal accounts by setting goals, implementing action plans, monitoring progress, ensuring service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protecting the firm from errors and omissions.
- Coach team members by leading by example.
- Drive the development of identified client competencies for yourself.
Process
- Understand and utilize available tools and technology to improve personal and team productivity.
- Execute effective service management protocols, including but not limited to:
- Internal Account Planning
- Strategic Client Reviews
- Renewal Strategy Meetings
- Client Service Agreements
- Account Project Management
- Client Survey and Feedback Protocol
- Appropriate Pricing of Accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed organizational standards, including Marsh's Professional Standards, compliance policies, and internal quality measures.
What You Need To Have
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 8+ years of working experience (preferably in insurance) with managerial capacity to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Solid insurance brokerage, account management, claims management, servicing, and sales skills, recognized as a leading client executive within the local market.
- Experience in FINPRO lines of business, especially in D&O, PI, Medical Malpractice, and Crime.
- Ambitious, solution-focused, and strong skills in client and underwriter relationship management.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Word (English and Chinese), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective management and retention of renewal business.
- Experience supervising and mentoring client representatives on assigned service teams.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge of financial institution coverage and handling FINPRO claims is advantageous.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to take ownership, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with a can-do attitude.
- Highly motivated and a team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
