Assist the Toll Team Leader in manage the daily operation of the team
Supervise the team to handle the toll transaction validation process; and to review and confirm the problematic cases that escalated by the team;
Ensure timely handling of all manual review and problematic toll transactions within the established timeframe
To ensure the services provided in toll transaction handling are according to procedures and make suggestion for any improvement in daily process
Job Requirements:
Leadership and management skills preferred
Candidates with experience in toll collection systems are preferred
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Working Time :
Time: Mon to Sun (14:00 – 21 :00) or (21:00 – 8:00), work 45 – 50 hours a week
Salary Range : 22K-25K
