Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work at our customer services centres or services outlet to handle customer enquiry & complaint;
  • Assist customer to set up account, tag application, payment or other services charges;
  • Check the tag is functioning properly and to replace the tag if required.

No. of staff required : 10-12

Working Time :

  • Full –time staff – need to work 45 – 50 hours a week (on shift), Mon – Sun, 10:00 – 21:00;
  • Part –time staff – pay on hourly rate, may work 20-30 hours per week, Mon – Sun, 10:00 – 21:00

Job Requirements:

  • Customer service representative experience is preferred.

Salary Range : 18K-22K
