To cope with the expansion, they are looking for a Solution architect (Data network) to join their talent team.

The Job

• Solution Architecture : Design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
• Lead the Team : Manage a team focused on network operations and ensure they provide excellent support.
• Network Design and Maintenance : Oversee the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Level 3 Support : Address complex network issues requiring expert troubleshooting skills.
• Standard Processes : Develop and enforce standard procedures to meet service agreements with partners and customers.
• Network Strategies : Create strategies for network improvements and architectural enhancements.
• Improve Processes : Continuously seek ways to enhance processes to ensure network reliability and security.
• Work Under Pressure : Maintain composure and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Manage Team Utilization : Ensure the effective use of team resources.

The Person

• Experience : Minimum of 8 years in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Managed Services : Experience in network managed services is a distinct advantage.
• Certifications : Required certifications include CCIE, HCIE, or equivalent.
• Troubleshooting Skills : Proficient in diagnosing and resolving network issues with a solid understanding of routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Networking Knowledge : Strong grasp of network protocols, technologies, and security principles.
• Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively and lead network initiatives.
• Automation Skills : Familiarity with automation and scripting is a plus.
• Communication : Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
