Responsibilities:

• Promote and handle client account openings.
• Guide and assist clients in using the system or applications
• Support assigned customer service tasks (e.g., various promotional activities of the company).

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Active learning and good application skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good communication skills with others, energetic and polite attitude.
• Immediate availability will be prioritized.
• Mainland applicants are welcome (must hold any visa qualification that allows working in Hong Kong)
