The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Sales Manager to lead a team of 7 Digital Sales Strategists.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team of sales gurus to ensure monthly sales targets are exceeded.
• Monitoring weekly call, meeting & email kpi’s for each team member.
• We provide hot leads daily, so ensure lead allocation is fair and consistent.
• Join team members on pitches to improve closure rates.
• Solution selling! We offer a range of services from SEO, SEM & Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube). Full training provided.

What we need:

• A sales leader with management experience.
• An experienced Digital Sales Strategist with SEO & SEM knowledge.
• Digital agency experience is ABSOLUTELY essential.
• A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
• Speed and ability to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
• Great client-facing skills.
