Role Highlight
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting & Administration Executive at Luna Marketing & Event Limited. The Executive is integral to our financial operations and will be responsible for managing financial statements & reports, utilising accounting software, handling finance-related tasks, and making journal entries. You will also support in managing the daily operations that grow the company and different teams & management with internal and external accounting & administrative skills.
Job Tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reporting
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance against the budget
Ensure proper documentation and organisation of financial data
Address accounting discrepancies and recommend effective solutions
Support the management team with financial planning and reporting
Managing office daily operations and administration duties
Managing operations and document filing
Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by management when needed
Job Requirements
Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
Proficiency in Accounting Software (Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in a small business environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Knowledge of Tax Regulations and Compliance is a plus
