• Advanced experience with Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other modern collaboration platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Teams Calling, Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and Voice Gateways.
• Advanced experience in supporting iPhone and iPad devices.
• Proficiency in general PC/Mac troubleshooting.
• Advanced expertise in administering Airwatch UEM.
• Proven ability to plan and physically install equipment, including coordination with internal and third-party datacenter teams.
• Strong understanding of emerging trends in collaboration services and unified communications.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple hardware vendors and technologies.
