Job Description

▪ Develop and implement project plan to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

▪ Manage resource planning, allocation, cost control and ensure the project milestones / deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders across various functions, vendor, and IT to ensure alignment in user expectations and a smooth communication throughout the entire project life cycle

▪ Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business operation

▪ Prepare vendor documents including RFP / RFQ, vendor / solution comparison, purchase requisition

▪ Manage the vendors / service providers for project implementation including solution design, installation, testing and commissioning, security risk assessment and audit, handover and production rollout

Requirements

▪ Bachelor degree holder or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines

▪ Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Scrum Master certified with knowledge of agile methodology will be an advantage

▪ Minimum 6 years' experience of project management experience preferable in IT infrastructure (Data Center, Cloud, Microsoft M365 etc.) & financial services industry

▪ Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills

▪ Excellent and effective communication skills in both English and Chines
