Relationship Manager - Life Insurance Brokerage Channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including local and MCV customers, to achieve business targets set by the company.
Work closely with the AGM to execute business development initiatives and strategies across target customer segments.
Provide support in identifying and onboarding new brokers, conducting due diligence, and managing broker compensation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with company objectives.
Gather market intelligence, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide insights to support product and marketing strategies.
Ensure all client-related activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of sales and budget plans, contributing to the achievement of P&L targets.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members or account managers to enhance their knowledge, skills, and overall performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 –5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or brokerage-related roles.
Solid experience working with both local and MCV (Mainland Chinese Visitor) markets.
Resourceful, proactive, and capable of identifying and seizing business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and partners.
Flexible, outgoing, and adaptable to changing business needs.
