Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including local and MCV customers, to achieve business targets set by the company.
  • Work closely with the AGM to execute business development initiatives and strategies across target customer segments.
  • Provide support in identifying and onboarding new brokers, conducting due diligence, and managing broker compensation processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with company objectives.
  • Gather market intelligence, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide insights to support product and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all client-related activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and budget plans, contributing to the achievement of P&L targets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members or account managers to enhance their knowledge, skills, and overall performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 –5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or brokerage-related roles.
  • Solid experience working with both local and MCV (Mainland Chinese Visitor) markets.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of identifying and seizing business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and partners.
  • Flexible, outgoing, and adaptable to changing business needs.
