Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including IT consultants, analysts, and project management staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members.


IT Planning and Execution

  • Support business to formulate IT strategy for sales and marketing solutions in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives to enhance sales and marketing capabilities through technology.
  • Manage the team resource plan to support the system implementation plan.
  • Support the Procurement team in selecting the right software vendor at a reasonable price.
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders in different regions to understand business needs and convert them into appropriate IT solutions.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between IT and business stakeholders.
  • Manage business expectations and deliver high-quality solutions during project execution.


Project Management

  • Lead and manage project preparation work from implementation vendor selection (including bidding) to project kick-off.
  • Lead and manage IT projects related to sales and marketing solutions from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
  • Manage internal project resources or vendor resources during project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


System Development and Support

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of sales and marketing systems, including sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM), marketing digital solutions and corresponding interface with SAP and other systems.
  • Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and business users.


Continuous Improvement

  • Set up a system maintenance plan and process to ensure issues reported by users are resolved on time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the sales and marketing area.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales and marketing operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Digital/IT, with at least 5 years of solid experience in implementing and maintaining sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions, with a proven track record.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ team management experience.
  • Work experience in a mid to large-sized global company.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and technologies, particularly in sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM), marketing automation, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
  • Vendor management skills, including managing solution vendors and implementation vendors.
  • Strong teamwork ability.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).


Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Hybris, Salesforce) are a plus.
  • S/4 HANA SD module PA Certification is a plus.
