Key Responsibilities

• Manage Platforms: Oversee platforms and services within a multi-cloud environment.
• Ensure Reliability: Maintain robust and stable IT systems to support ongoing business operations.
• Lead Technical Projects: Execute and deliver projects in hybrid environments (both cloud and on-premises) focusing on high availability, performance, and security.
• Oversee Enterprise Platforms: Manage cloud computing resources, including servers, databases, SAN storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Operations and Administration: Conduct operations and administration tasks for cloud, server, and storage systems.
• Software Maintenance: Install, test, maintain, and upgrade software across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Provide Operational Support: Manage housekeeping tasks, perform regular system and hardware health checks, and conduct disaster recovery drills.
• After-Hours Support: Offer support outside of regular office hours when necessary.
• Diagnose Issues: Carry out first-level diagnostics to identify and resolve issues, enhancing system reliability.
• Implement Automation and DevOps: Utilize and manage automation tools and platforms, including Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Additional Tasks: Complete other duties as assigned by the team leader.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT focusing on cloud/server operations, system administration, and support.
• Certifications: Relevant IT professional certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate) are preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL databases, and HP Proliant blade servers.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, ADFS, MS cluster, SAN storage solutions, Commvault Backup, MS SCCM/SCOM, and HP SIM/iLO.
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Alibaba Cloud, is advantageous.
• Skilled in automation and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

Language Skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
