Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues
  • Assist users with operating system (Windows, macOS) and software applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in Deskside support role or similar technical support position
  • Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a passion for IT and user support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
