Product Category  – Tabletop, Home Décor  (Materials: Ceramics & Glassware)

Job Summary : 

Support leadership in Sourcing, Costing, and Product Development for hard goods in the home category. Manage vendor relationships to ensure profitability, timely execution, and quality.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee production and order follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. 

- Assist in the Product Development process to ensure products meet customer quality and budget requirements. 

- Negotiate prices and source suppliers to enhance cost-effectiveness. 

- Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production. 

- Understand customer needs and develop an effective sourcing strategy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years'' relevant experience, preferably with manufacturing background
• Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
