Job Description

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? As a Business Change Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance & Business Management team. This is your opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to the success of our business initiatives.

As a Business Change Management Analyst in our Business Support Management (BSM) team, you will provide essential administrative and control-focused support to our CIB businesses. You will work closely with colleagues across various levels and lines of business, including Business Managers, CIB BSM global counterparts, and Internal Business Partners such as Business Control, Compliance, Human Resources, and Technology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the on/off boarding process, including verification checks and technology access management for joiners and leavers.
  • Implement controls such as consecutive leave, physical access management, and business resiliency support.
  • Coordinate real estate activities, including space planning, move management, and location strategy.
  • Ensure accuracy of headcount projections and manage space assignments to optimize utilization.
  • Analyze operational changes and assess their impact, summarizing data for presentation and interpretation.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day issues, such as seating constraints and data issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests related to technology, real estate, and resource allocation, and oversee ad-hoc projects.
  • Respond to audit and compliance queries.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, make connections, and leverage data for problem-solving.
  • Experience operating across multiple locations with diverse languages and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong control mindset and attention to detail, with previous experience in control functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Ability to work independently while effectively operating in a team-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop relationships and demonstrate influence across a range of functions.
