We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Transfer Agency operations, with a strong understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer), FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) regulations.

Job specification

• Execute day-to-day Transfer Agency operations efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure queries and requests from Investor/ Client are dealt with a timely and professional manner
• Review of dealing documents (Subscription, Redemption, Transfer and Switching), Proceed Trade processing and Static Data maintenance, ensuring all records are processed timely and accurately on TA systems
• Handle investor onboarding and ongoing KYC due diligence processes.
• Ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations in all client transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Transfer Agency function.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  
  

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, FATCA, and CRS regulations.
• Proficiency in using Transfer Agency systems and software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
