Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing Strategy Development:
Craft and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's overarching marketing goals, with a focus on strengthening brand awareness in key English-speaking markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada).
Identify and evaluate a diverse portfolio of influential social media personalities across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Campaign Execution and Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns and diverse projects.
Manage the influencer marketing budget and monitor the performance of campaigns against established KPIs.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Provide regular performance reports on influencer partnerships and campaign results, analyzing data to recommend areas for improvement and growth.
Review and assess the team's overall performance, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Oversee a team of 4 professionals, fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment.
Mentor and guide the team members to help them achieve the department's objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing teams
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in social media platforms and knowledgeable about influencer marketing strategies
Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to interpret performance metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to drive growth and continuous improvement
Exceptional relationship-building skills
