工作時間: 5天工作，每天7.5小時 (輪班，多數08:30 - 17:00)

月薪：$20,000 - $23,000

要求：

1. 小六畢業

2. 具備水管工服務的良好知識與專業技能

3. 4 年相關工作經驗

4. 持有建造業安全訓練證書（需提供有效證明文件)

職責：

1. 進行演出前及不定期的場地清潔檢查，特別是洗手間及更衣室；跟進發現的異常情況

2. 清理小便池、馬桶、廢水或雨水進水口及污水渠等的堵塞物

3. 定期檢查及例行保養食水箱、沖廁水箱及供水系統，並保養及檢查場所內安裝的水管系統

4. 為場館提供小型建築物維修及保養工程

5. 在颱風、暴雨及極端的情況下，執行緊急及颱風職務，並採取預防措施／進行緊急維修

Requirement:

1. Primary 6 or above

2. Good knowledge and expertise in plumber services (document proof required)

3. 4 years relevant working experience (document proof required)

4. Possession of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate issued under Cap. 59 Section 6BA(2) of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (valid documentary proof required)

Responsibilities:

1. to conduct pre-show and irregular cleansing inspection in the Venue, especially in toilets, changing rooms and dressing rooms; follow up on irregularities found;

2. to clear clogging to urinals, toilet bowls, waste or rain water intakes and sewage drains, etc.;

3. to make regular inspection and provide routine maintenance to fresh and flush water tanks and the water supply system, and maintain and check plumbing system installed in the Venue;

4. to provide minor building repair and maintenance works for the Venue

5. to attend emergency and typhoon duties, and take precaution measures/ carry out emergency maintenance during typhoons, rainstorms and extreme conditions
