【Responsibilities】
- Responsible for updating the websites and app
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, social media posts, written correspondences, memos and manual etc.
- Perform office management, clerical and administrative duties, asset management and database management etc.
- Handle petty cash, bookkeeping, purchasing and procurement documents
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
- Certificate or above in Design/ Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in design and/ or marketing
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in design and web design is highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
*** Shortlisted candidate is required to bring along a Design Portfolio for the interview
