Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other channels.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with external entities (e.g. enterprises, institutions, associations) to drive business collaborations.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover collaboration opportunities.
  • Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance the company’s professional image within the industry.
  • Collaborate with media, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to create positive exposure opportunities.
  • Elevate the company’s influence in the professional field by writing articles, participating in industry forums, and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute various events (e.g., health talks, industry seminars etc) to boost brand awareness and create social buzz.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of events and follow up on potential collaboration opportunities post-vent.
  • Establish and maintain efficient workflows to ensure seamless communication with external entities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of business development and PR strategies.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or public relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonally skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, with the ability to independently manage projects and coordinate multiple resources.
  • Strong market sensitivity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
