Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Marketing & PR Manager to join our team. This role involves supporting marketing and public relations activities for our clients in the lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, F&B industries, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Content Creation: Help in creating engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and press releases.
  • Press Releases: Assist in the development of both English and Chinese press releases to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Media Relations: Support the building and maintaining of relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence, contributing to the creation of compelling campaigns to engage and expand our audience on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Little Red Book.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in coordinating the production process from ideation to publishing, ensuring high quality and timely execution of content.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze local markets and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Assist in collaborating with third parties, YouTubers, and influencers to create and implement marketing campaigns and sponsored content.
  • Database Maintenance: Help maintain and update media and influencer databases to support outreach efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features on various social channels.
  • Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on PR and social media campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing and PR role, preferably within a creative agency.
  • Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to build and maintain media and influencer relationships.
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in project management is a plus, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and brand consistency practices is a bonus.
