Job Responsibility
- Handle guest check-in and check-out in a professional manner
- Ensure a smooth and efficient operation at the Front Desk
- Provide guest service and enhance the satisfaction from our guests
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Front Office or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience in hospitality industry
- Good command in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Guest-oriented, friendly and courteous
