Programme Overview:

The 18-month Supply Chain Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of various Supply Chain domains through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects. Graduate Trainees will rotate among four key areas, allowing them to develop a diverse skill set.

We are offering:

• An 18-month Supply Chain Graduate Trainee Programme accelerated development path which allows you to build capabilities and skills through assignments and postings across our supply chain functions
  • 14-month job rotation across supply chain departments including but not limited to Procurement, Supply Management, Warehouse and Logistics, designed to provide
    in-depth knowledge of operations and assign real-world projects that allow you to apply your knowledge and skills in practice
  • 4-month functional and regional exposure programme to provide an overview of various departments within the business, extending beyond Hong Kong
• A series of well-structured learning & development activities, on-the-job training, exposure to senior management and mentoring will be tied up with your different development stages
• Senior position will be available for you with outstanding performance and capabilities to progress further along your career ladder

• Final year students or recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience from business, supply chain, logistics and related disciplines with excellent academic results

• Enjoy being challenged, comfortable with conflict and changes
• Flexible, able to handle a dynamic and fast-paced business setting
