    Role Purpose:

    As a Finance Manager, you will manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis functions.

    A typical day in the Role:

    • Manage the financial planning and analysis functions in Hong Kong
    • Oversee the business with full P&L, provide financial analytical review on monthly performances
    • Collaborate with other departments & finance functional teams in processing annual budget, quarterly forecast for the assigned business units
    • Review monthly management reports and support ad-hoc management meeting presentations
    • Work with other departments to provide financial supports, includes evaluation of business opportunities and investment plans
    • Take lead in streamlining workflows to enhance process efficiency
    • Involve in special projects and handle ad hoc tasks

    Success will depend on:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines, with professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional bodies)
    • Minimum of 8 years solid experience in financial analysis and audit areas
    • Effective communication and good presentation skills
    • Independent, self-motivation with business acumen
    • Able to work under pressure and drive for improvement
    • High proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
