Overview

LRQA seeks a detail-oriented Product Owner with expertise in web, mobile, and AI applications to drive the development of data-driven solutions for supply chain risk management. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in both creative and analytical tasks. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the EiQ platform and support responsible sourcing for global clients.   • Prioritisation:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and experts to support the prioritisation of development tasks.
  • Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the product by balancing business objectives with technical feasibility.
  • Discovery:
  • Conduct in-depth problem analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and market opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define solution scenarios, perform cost/benefit analyses, and validate assumptions through experiments and prototypes.
  • Planning:
  • Work closely with engineering teams to break down development work into manageable tasks and milestones.
  • Organize and coordinate the delivery timeline to ensure on-time completion and resource allocation.
  • Delivery:
  • Lead Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and quality throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Monitor progress, address impediments, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product releases.
  • Go-to-Market:
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other functional stakeholders to prepare for product launches and maximize market adoption.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform continuous product improvement and iterate on the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Digital Product Owner/Manager.
  • Experience with digital products and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Led cross-functional teams and managed complex solutions.
  • Excellent problem solver, notion or exposure to PQA (Problem-solving, questioning Analysis) methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
