Role & Responsibilities

• Provide services and relevant information to customers as requested on product availability and requests, pricing, promotion, YATA-Fans membership, etc. via different channels
• Handle customer comments and complaints escalated from stores and via different channels so as to maintain excellent customer relationship and reinforce the service culture
• Prepare and update the customer comment report and ensure they are channeled properly to the Customer Service Manager and related parties for review and follow-up
• Liaise with the management and customer service team at stores for consistent service and operations between head office and store to ensure smooth cooperation

Capabilities Required

• Diploma or above with 2-3 years of working experience in Customer Service
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English will be an advantage
