Responsibility

• To coordinate with internal and external parties on planning of the renovation /new store projects;
• Handle full set of working and presentation drawings
• Handle the E&M design, concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents
• To assist on supervising and monitoring contractors on renovation projects;
• To carry out quotation / tender preparation, consolidation and reviews;
• To carry out regular site inspections and prepare corresponding inspection reports;
• To assist in planning & controlling renovation budget
• Work closely with internal users & external consultants to manage and ensure smooth and timely delivery of fitting out projects
• Assist the team in ad hoc assignments

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ relevant solid experience in handling renovation projects;
• Experience in retail building renovation projects 
• Familiar in E&M and FEHD licensing application is an advantage;
• Attention to detail, organized, responsible, multi-tasking, able to work independently and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and MS software
