Role Purpose:

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for D365 development and support to leverage .NET C# and Power Platform tools to automate business processes, particularly focusing on end-to-end Sales processes.

A typical day in the Role:

  • Analyze and understand business requirements related to Sales processes, translating them into technical specifications for development within the D365 environment.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions using .NET C# and Power Platform to automate and streamline end-to-end Sales processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and continuously improve the D365 system to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in Sales operations.
  • Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions within D365.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in D365 to recommend and implement innovative solutions for process optimization.
  • Document system configurations, changes, and enhancements, maintaining comprehensive records to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
  • Train end-users on new functionalities, tools, and processes within D365, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing the benefits of system automation for Sales processes.

Success will depend on:

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant experience in D365 development is a must
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in System Analyst, development, and support within a D365 environment and power automation
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions for end-to-end Sales processes
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful projects
  • Proficiency in .NET C# programming language and development tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes and business operations.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable & capable of working in fast-paced environment independently under pressure and tight schedule
  • Excellent written & spoken English & Chinese; able to communicate in Mandarin
