Digital and Performance Marketing Senior Specialist
Embraces the new digital media to convey a different, innovative message to customers
Develop content plan for Mannings Online Store and Health Channel
Prepare promotion plan for Mannings Online Store based on the total company’s promotion calendar
Plan and implementation of digital marketing communication to build engagement and conversion for Mannings Online Store
Work with agencies for BAU and campaigns’ communication and media plan
Work with agencies to monitor and enhance the SEO performance of Mannings Online Store
Performs quality control on all advertisements and content distribution; tracks monthly performance data
Review on communication and media performance based on sales momentum
Work with the analytic team to review and plan for promotion plan to achieve sales target
Understands the customer preferences, profiles, attitudes and expectations towards digital platforms, and leverages this knowledge to enhance and revamp better online experience
Prepare industry/market/competitors research and analysis
Actively drives the brand’s online presence, securing the efficiency of communication across digital media channels
Do you have experience in SEO performance & CRM?
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
3-4 years experience in e-Commerce or Digital Marketing, SEO and CRM
Experience in retail, FMCG or digital agency is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multi-task under tight deadlines
Independent, self-driven and enjoy working in the retail market
Strong in data analysis
Proficient in Google Analytic is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
