OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Assistant Executive Officer / Executive Assistant (Ref. 250319003-IE)
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Office of the Executive Vice President;
(b) organise meetings and coordinate visits/events;
(c) maintain an effective record and filing system;
(d) liaise with internal and external parties/stakeholders; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President or her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) possess a recognised degree, or associate degree/higher diploma, plus at least 3 years of working experience;
(b) demonstrate good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in using PowerPoint and other visual presentation tools;
(d) be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with alertness and prudence;
(e) be meticulous and have good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills;
(f) have good interpersonal skills and a teamwork spirit; and
(g) have a positive attitude and be able to work independently and proactively.
Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test and a computer test.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
