Spa Receptionist (5-day work)
Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and ensure all reservations are made accurately
- Responsible to explain and upsell all the spa treatments, services and products
- Ensure all treatment books are accurate input in the spa system
- Greet guest with a warm and friendly spa welcome
- ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or any related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer services / beauty / hospitality industry will be an advantage, experience in hotel industry will be a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and guest oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Flexible to work on shift
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
