Assistant Officer, Digital Support (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-bound queries and provide one-stop solutions for users through calls, emails, whatsapp, walk-in
  • Deliver and arrange roadshow for agencies / Swiss Privilege / Brokers based on business needs to promote usages / new functions / benefits of various digital platforms
  • Assist in collecting user feedbacks on digital platforms all the time for continuous development / enhancement
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing training materials and coordinating the training with agency training department
  • Proactive in probing / observing end users behavior and identify user needs for transforming the digital platform to better shape
  • Assist in investigating the root causes of system incidents and communicating the progress with user.
  • Assist in preparing promotional / coaching materials through handy guides / video clips in order to create awareness promotions
  • Assist in performing ad-hoc assigned tasks, such as internal training, agency events
  • Willing to work on weekends on shift rotation basis

Qualifications:

  • High diploma or above, with minimum of 1-2 years solid work experience in the area of digital engagement and support to distribution channel, preferably gained in the insurance sector
  • Experienced in working with insurance agents will be an advantage
  • Some technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Strong relationship building, customer service and presentation skills, with a problem-solving & can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proactive and goal oriented, willingness to accept new challenge and tasks
  • Strong organisational skills with a key ability to prioritise and flex across a varied portfolio of work
